FenceQuote is operated by bb landscaping ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the FenceQuote service or create an account, you enter into an agreement with bb landscaping. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
FenceQuote is a web-based estimating tool that helps UK fencing contractors and landscapers calculate material quantities, labour, extras and markup to prepare quotes. All outputs are estimates only. You remain responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, prices and any figures before quoting a customer. The service is provided on a paid subscription basis: £5 per month or £60 per year. There is no free tier.
By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.
You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at £5/month or £60/year until cancelled. If you cancel your subscription, or a payment fails, your access to the service ends immediately.
You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
We own the service, including its software, design, documentation, branding and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own quoting while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of the quote figures and job details you enter.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may carry out maintenance or make changes to the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. Estimates produced by the service are not professional advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if: you materially breach these terms; a payment fails or is not made; your account presents a security or fraud risk; or you repeatedly or seriously breach our policies. When access ends, your subscription data will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed; the cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under the Buyer Terms linked above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you have a subscription, the version in force at the time you subscribed continues to apply for as long as that subscription is active, unless a change is required by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to us. Customer service for orders, payments, billing and returns is provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our refund policy and privacy notice.
